Getting your message across in any speaking situation can be difficult. A scientific study stated that speaking success for an informational presentation was 40% Content (the information being presented) and 60% Presentation (how the speaker used his voice and body). The same study stated that for a persuasive presentation, as in sales, the rate was 25% content - 75% presentation.
